A Heart Of Worship
If I may remind us, worship is not a song that we sing but a lifestyle. Our songs of worship to God should flow from a heart of love, and the way we live on a daily basis is the real indicator of a life dedicated to God.
God reminded me recently that a heart of worship loves others unconditionally.
Jesus said in 1John3:14 that “We know we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers”.
We cannot profess to love a God we cannot see if we cannot love our brothers, whom we can see. IJhn4:19. Jesus gave us the greatest command in Matt 22:29-30 “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbour as yourself”. One may say, my priority is to love God. God however has made it clear that both are interwoven. We show we love God as we love our fellow brothers. “Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 1Jhn4:7.
A true follower and worshipper of God would strive and make it their obsession to demonstrate their knowledge of God through the way they love their fellow human being, especially those in the faith. This is true worship and a heart of worship is a heart that loves unconditionally
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails………..” I Cor13:1-8.
Love can also be demonstrated by laying our lives down for our brother, as Christ laid his down for us, and being a blessing with our material possessions to those in need.(1Jhn3:16-17).
This is true worship, and a heart of worship is a heart that loves unconditionally.

Create Your World
Gen1:1, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth”.
The earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.(vs2)
Vs 3 says “And God said let there be light, and there was light”.
From then on, we see that everything on earth, seen and unseen, was created, called forth, and, spoken into existence by God’s word.
We read in Rom 4:17 that God gives life to the dead and calls those things that are not as though they were. The ordinary man needs tangible resources and materials to create or produce anything, but God just speaks and it comes to be.
He said “Let there be light and there was light”. He said “Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water”. And was so! (vs6-8). He said “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear”. And it was so!
He said “Let the dry land produce vegetation, according to its kind”. And it was so!
God said “Let there be lights in the sky to separate the day from night….” And it was so! (vs14-19)
He said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky”. And it so! (vs20-22).
He called, saying “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds; livestock, creatures that move along the ground and wild animals”. Guess what? It was so! (vs24-25).
In the valley of dry bones, we read about how God asked Elijah to prophecy to the dry bones and as he did, the bones came alive and stood up on their feet as a vast army. (Eze37).
We are created in the image and likeness of God and the power to give life or death is in our tongue. From the fruit of his mouth a man’s stomach if filled; with the harvest from his lips he is satisfied. (Prov18:21).
I encourage you to start speaking and declaring what you want to see come to pass in your life this year. Call your health to be, call your finances to come, command your mountain to become plain, call your children blessed, speak harmony and unity into your home, command your marriage restored, declare your bills paid and believe that as you speak, creative power is being released to create and cause things to be; just as you’ve declared. Why? Because like our father, we decree a thing on earth and it is established.
I am sure God had a picture of what He wanted to see before creation started. In the same way, have a vision of what you want your world to be, and start creating it with your words.
